Ian advises
and represents employees and employers in all
areas of employment and labour law, including:
contracts, performance issues, wrongful
dismissal, human rights, employment standards,
union certification/decertification, union duty
of fair representation, collective bargaining,
grievance arbitrations, and federal unjust
dismissal adjudications. The management-side of
his practice focuses on professionals and
non-profit organizations. Ian is regularly
called upon to present at employment/labour
seminars and conferences. |
